How does this process work for wedding inquiries? Once you submit a consultation request our design team will begin reviewing your information, you’ll then receive a follow up email with confirmation on whether your date is available or not. If your date is available, our team will contact you to set up a free phone, video, or in person consultation at your request. During the consultation we will discuss more in depth your needs, design aesthetic, and how the process works following up with a questionnaire, following which you will receive a personalized visual proposal. This vision board and proposal will include sample images with price points for you to review with your partner, planner, friends and family so you can begin to envision your wedding florals as they come to life. Our Wedding Florals Package includes one consultation and a first draft proposal free of charge. If you like our designs and are ready to move forward with more in depth planning, continued consultation services, and around the clock communication you can book our designer services with our minimal save the date deposit and from there on out its a full collaboration creative process leading up to the date of your event! We offer flexible payment plans curated to your budget needs and request that all floral orders be placed and paid in full one month prior to your event date. Our process is so simple and seamless, we will schedule out all of the work behind the scenes and make it a fun and collaborative creative experience!
When should I plan to book our wedding florist? We are currently BOOKED OUT FOR ALL OF 2024 but are still taking on small scale elopement clients for the year and booking for regular wedding clients for 2024 and beyond! Most clients book out their date 6 - 12 months in advanced. Once you have your date set, we recommend submitting your inquiry to us as soon as you are comfortable, though we suggest at least 3 months up to 6 months in advanced in order to secure your date. The busiest months in Asheville and Western North Carolina are May - June, September - November, we sometimes book dates out in this season 1 year in advanced. If you are interested in setting your wedding date for the fall in Asheville we highly recommend reaching out to vendors within 8 - 12 months.
What color palette options do you have? Our designers specialize in creating fully customizable wedding color palettes to compliment the mood and aesthetic of you and your partner. Our team will curate a color scheme for you that matches the vibe within your individual proposal.
What if I just want bulk flowers and want to do the designing myself? We are no longer assisting the needs on bulk flower DIY orders. Some folx might ask why? We have found that floral design is best kept to the professionals, as it has often left couples and wedding parties in a stressful state of mind and can even lead to spending more money on wasted florals than what was intentionally meant to be saved. We are happy to work with couples who are on a budget and would recommend speaking to our team on how to maximize your florals for your date while meeting the expectations of your financial needs.
What if I live outside of NC and want to book with you? We travel for our couples! Travel fees will be assessed and added to your total based on the location.
Do you have a minimum budget? We offer a la carte options for our couples that are interested in a low-key elopement or just a few items for your special day and you can order these directly through our online shop, by speaking with our floral design team in store or via email. Our consultation services are provided to our clients that are interested in building out a design proposal with an in-depth vision, aesthetic, and concept. These services are offered for free, though any orders requiring installation such as Chuppahs, Arbors, and large floral objects have a minimum $3K+ budget.
